ROLE DESCRIPTION
At hout™, accurate inventory is the backbone of reliable supply. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll ensure that our stock levels are correct across all warehouse locations. From cycle counts to system updates, your work helps maintain the consistency, speed, and trust our clients rely on.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical counts with system data
  • Coordinate stocktaking activities and report on discrepancies
  • Ensure timely updates in inventory management systems
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accuracy
  • Analyze stock movements and identify potential issues
  • Support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in working with numbers and systems
  • Familiarity with WMS or ERP platforms (ERPNext, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience with timber or raw material inventory is a plus
